Lego Birthday Party
Brick by brick...
We built this adorable LEGO® party.
There were a few games scattered around the house. We had a LEGO® scavenger hunt where I hid pictures of different LEGO® characters around the house for the kids to find. There were coloring pages for kids to design there very own LEGO® minifigure. And... there was a jar full of LEGOs® for people to guess how many.
I turned our living room coffee table into a giant LEGO® memory game. Underneath each red tin, there were lego men to match up.
We have a large square wall clock that I turned into a LEGO® head. I covered it in yellow paper and drew a LEGO® face on it.
Another trick I use when planning the party decor is to buy stuff for my kids that they need/love for their birthday and then use it for the actual party. ("Happy Birthday!!! Now, Mommy is going to need that back so I can decorate for your party!") Here I used LEGO® storage bricks, LEGO® pens and hand crank LEGO® flashlights to decorate the treat table.
I made LEGO® sugar cookies with royal icing and M&Ms.
The kids got to take home these fun LEGO® water bottles with iconic Minifigure heads.
I had these simple yellow cotton bags silk screened with a simple LEGO® happy face :)
